The customer is free to accept or refuse the use of mediation and, if the parties decide to use mediation, each party is free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator. The Customer cannot submit his request to the mediator within a period of more than one year from his written complaint with customer service.

In the absence of an amicable solution or recourse to mediation, all the disputes to which the general conditions of distance selling could give rise to the competent courts in accordance with the rules of ordinary law.
